On placing your order your goods will be delivered within five working days to the billing address only.
Should we be out of stock you will be contacted within 5 working days and offered your choice of either a full refund or a firm date for delivery.
The purchase of a download copy of the DVD or Planning Documents entitles you to download the relevant files twice in case you lose the connection. You may not download multiple copies, nor distribute the download link to anyone else.
